Joe is a dedicated trailblazing leader who has served as President of the Liberian Community and the Organisation of African Communities in Western Australia.
Joe has a Bachelor of Electronic and Computer Systems, a Graduate Certificate and a Master of Project Management from Edith Cowan University, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Central Institute of Technology. Joe is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Management Leadership and Governance program sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Interests (OMI), a Department of Local Government, Sport, and Cultural Industries division.
Joe is a White Ribbon Ambassador and, former Board Member of the University of Western Australia's African Research Centre and Engagement, City of Wanneroo Multicultural Advisory Group Chair, Board Member of the Girrawheen High School and a Senior Biomedical Engineer.
Joe has played a crucial role in formulating strategic policies to address challenges faced by migrants and minority communities over the last twelve years. As a result, Joe gained the admiration and respect of the WA Culturally and linguistically Diverse (CALD) community, business leaders, scholars, and local, state, and federal Australian politicians.
