Roland is a proven leader in producing outstanding positive results and organisational changes.

 

Roland earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Edith Cowan University and a Diploma in Project Management from North Metropolitan TAFE. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Management Leadership and Governance program.

Roland has previously held corporate leadership roles with some of the largest mining companies in Australia and served as a consultant at the African Union Commission.

He has substantial experience working with not-for-profit groups, having previously served as the Vice President of Operations for the Organisation of African Communities in Western Australia. Roland now serves on the Consumer Advisory Council for Fiona Stanley and Fremantle Hospitals Group in Western Australia, and member of the Patient and Carer Activated Escalation of Clinical Deterioration Consumer Advisory Group at Curtin University.
